Total Quality Management Approach. 

Total Quality Management (TQM), or Total Quality Management, consists of applying the concept of “Total Quality” to the company’s management systems. With this, what is intended is to integrate quality in all the processes of the organization.

The implementation of a TQM system serves to help the organization to achieve maximum efficiency and flexibility in all its processes, focusing on achieving the short and medium-term objectives.
